Shipping & Cancellation Policies

A. General Shipping Policy

  1. We ship pan-India
  2. We are bound in coverage by our logistics partners. In the off-chance that your location is not serviceable by our logistic partners, we will reach out to you to find an alternative solution. Alternatively, if you reside in a location that has interrupted & limited logistic coverage, do drop us a mail at help.kalosdecor@gmail.com before placing your order. We will check with our logistics partner and alternative modes as well to find the best solution for timely delivery.
  3. We currently do not support COD option. For any queries, please contact as at help.kalosdecor@gmail.com
  4. Delivery charges are based on order value. For every order below or equal to Rs 2,499 /-, we charge Rs 99 /- and orders above Rs 2,500/- have free shipping.
  5. All orders will be processed within 4 - 5 working days after order confirmation.
  6. Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to www.kalosdecor.com, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our website. This privacy policy stands effective from 1st Sept 2022.
  7. Once the order is dispatched, we will share with you the Airway Bill number and facilitate tracking of your package.
  8. Most logistic partners will complete delivery approx. 7 - 10 days post dispatch of the order. Kalos is not liable for any delays in delivery by the logistics partner. However, we will assist you to track your package with the help of our affiliated logistic partners.

B. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed / dispatched. Once an order is packed / dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be considered as a return in case of non-acceptance. In such cases, Kalos reserves the right to charge two way shipping costs against the pre-paid order amount, and the balance will be credited as store credit / coupons. In the case of three failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner, Kalos will not issue any refund amount either by way of coupons or bank transfer.

C. Replacement Policy

  1. We pack our products with a lot of love and care so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that the products you have purchased are damaged, defective, incorrect order, or if you feel your package has been tampered with, please drop an email at help.kalosdecor@gmail.com at the earliest and take a video before opening your package, especially if your order contains fragile products.
  2. We would replace the damaged product at no additional charge to you for products received damaged.
  3. Kalos has 10-day replacement & return window post delivery of the product. Please ensure that you check and open your packages within the stipulated time period.

D. Return Policy

  1. We invest a great deal of love and care in creating and designing each Kalos product. We request you to place your orders carefully after considering your requirements and needs. Each delivery / pick-up does leave behind a carbon footprint, so shopping consciously goes a long way to avoid unnecessary environmental costs.
  2. Kalos has 10-day replacement & return window post delivery of the product.
  3. In case of any return requests, please reach out within the 10-day return period at help.kalosdecor@gmail.com.
  4. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, with the invoice, undamaged and un-used.
  5. We will levy a flat Rs. 150 for shipping charges against the pre-paid order value, and the balance will be refunded by way of store credit / discount vouchers. We do not refund any amount back to the source account.
  6. Certain fragile products like terracotta, glass bottles, cement coasters etc., are not covered under the return policy. In case you have received damaged products, please refer to the Replacement Policy.

E. Refund Policy

  1. For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund would be issued to the source account within 4 - 5 working days. Please keep in mind that it might take an extra day or two for your bank to reflect the same against your account / card.
  2. We do not refund any amount back to the source account for returns, replacement or modified orders.
